Our services are available 24/7 for urgent and pre-booked deliveries.

We know that delays are sometimes impossible to avoid, and will not pacify you will false hope or promises. If your package is delayed, we will let you know immediately.

Yes, we use physical POD’s for all of our deliveries, so you will be given a copy on collection, and at delivery. You will also receive an email POD once your delivery is completed. In the event that no-one is there to receive delivery, we will take a photo of the item in your specified safe place, and email it to you.

Yes, our Goods In Transit insurance covers your items up to the value of £10,000 for our small vans, or up to £25,000 in any of our other vehicles.
