Fuel Surcharge
To ensure pricing remains fair and sustainable in response to changing fuel costs, a variable fuel surcharge is applied to all transport services.
How It Works
- The fuel surcharge is based on the UK average diesel price as published in the Government’s “Weekly road fuel prices”
- It is reviewed monthly and applied from the 1st of each month
- The applicable surcharge is included at the time of quotation
- All charges are shown clearly – no retrospective adjustments are made

| £1.70 – £1.74 | 8.40% |
| £1.75 – £1.79 | 9.80% |
| £1.80 – £1.84 | 11.20% |
| £1.85 – £1.89 | 12.60% |
| £1.90 – £1.94 | 14.00% |
| £1.95 – £1.99 | 15.40% |
For diesel prices above £2.00 per litre, the surcharge increases by 1.4% for every £0.05 increase.
Additional Information
- The diesel price used is the latest available weekly figure prior to month-end
- The surcharge is fixed for the full calendar month
- The surcharge is applied at the time of booking and will not change after confirmation
