- Collection — One of our couriers collects your consignment from your chosen address. You receive email confirmation of this.
- Secure Handling & Tracking — Your goods are handled carefully and our office team tracks it throughout transit.
- Delivery — Fast, on-time delivery — either same-day or next-day depending on your chosen service. We always get a signature.
- Confirmation & Support — You receive email delivery confirmation; our support team is available for any queries or further bookings.
Vehicle Types & Load Capabilities
Our modern and flexible fleet is designed to handle a wide range of deliveries, from small parcels to large, palletised freight. We allocate the right vehicle based on the size, weight and urgency of your consignment.
Our fleet includes:
- Small vans — ideal for documents and small parcels
- Medium (SWB) vans — light commercial deliveries
- Large (MWB) vans — bulk or fragile goods
- Luton box vans — large loads and multi-pallet consignments
- Luton curtain side vans — long/awkward goods to be side-loaded
Maximum load capabilities include:
- Up to 1,200kg payloads (vehicle dependent)
- Up to 4 euro pallets
- Long or oversized items
- Fragile and high-value consignments (insurance up to £25,000 available on request)
